Like many primary care physicians, Dr. Sanchez typically works over 80 hours per week treating and managing heavy patient loads between the office and hospital.

Once Medicare and other insurance companies drastically diminished reimbursements, he realized that medicine became a more difficult means of earning a living. This is one of the reasons why Dr. Sanchez started adding new services into his practice such as Beautique Medical Spa, an anti-aging clinic.

Possessing a strong background in business, marketing and a burning desire to continue expanding his practice, Dr. Sanchez accepted the challenge of developing and fine-tuning revenue centers in his practice.

With over 50 employees, including physicians and PA's, his practice and revenue centers has become a model for other practicing physicians who desire to be avant-garde. He enjoys speaking to physician audiences and helping them develop their practice.
